These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", "you") and gh999 (the "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino services accessible at https://gh999.cam (the "Website").
By accessing the Website, creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Website and close your account by contacting our support team.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:
3.1 To register and maintain an Account on gh999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
3.2 gh999 expressly prohibits access by minors. Any Account found to be held by a person under the minimum eligible age will be immediately suspended, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any withdrawal of deposited funds will be subject to verification and applicable regulatory requirements.
4.1 Each User may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances arising from the breach.
4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and update this information as necessary.
4.3 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, gh999 requires completion of identity verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, accompanied by proof of current residential address. Documents must be legible, unaltered and within their validity period.
4.4 gh999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including before processing deposits, in connection with bonus claims or as part of ongoing fraud prevention measures.
4.5 Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request may be restricted or closed. Deposited funds (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the originating payment method subject to verification of ownership.
Deposits are accepted in PKR and credited to your Account Balance following confirmation from the payment processor. Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change. gh999 does not apply platform-side deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Payment methods available in the gh999 cashier may include domestic bank transfer (via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah), mobile payment services (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash), interbank transfers via Raast, and selected cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT). The listing of these service names is for informational context only and does not constitute an endorsement, affiliation or guarantee of availability. Always confirm accepted methods in the live cashier.
5.2.1 Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a successful deposit on the same Account, unless otherwise approved by the compliance team following additional verification.
5.2.2 Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified withdrawal requests will be held pending successful identity confirmation.
5.2.3 Withdrawal processing times are estimates only. Actual timelines depend on the payment method selected and third-party processing schedules. Bank transfers via Pakistani institutions may take 1–3 business days. gh999 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers or financial institutions.
5.2.4 gh999 reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, including requests for amounts of PKR 25,000 or above, in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations.
The Platform operates primarily in PKR. Where cryptocurrency deposits are accepted, the equivalent PKR value will be calculated at the exchange rate applicable at the time of confirmed receipt. gh999 is not liable for exchange-rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.
6.1 All bonuses, promotions and free bets offered by gh999 are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions and expiry dates. These specific terms take precedence over any general statements on the Platform.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 subject to a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. Not all game types contribute equally; slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer titles may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 gh999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after having been partially wagered, the unplayed Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account Balance; Real Money Funds deposited in connection with the bonus will not be affected.
6.4 Bonus abuse — defined as the exploitation of promotional structures through coordinated wagering, multi-accounting, arbitrage strategies or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion — will result in forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings and may result in Account suspension.
7.1 All bets accepted on gh999 are subject to the specific rules of the market in which they are placed. Market-specific rules are displayed in the sportsbook and casino sections of the Platform and form part of this Agreement.
7.2 gh999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect ("palpable error") odds, bets placed on markets that were incorrectly structured, or bets placed after the scheduled start of an event where real-time data is unavailable to confirm the pre-event state.
7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement and may be adjusted by gh999 at its discretion in connection with specific events, accounts or market conditions.
7.4 Winnings Cap. Maximum payouts per event, per day or per account may be applied. These limits are disclosed in the relevant market rules and the cashier section of the Platform.
7.5 Live Betting. In-play markets are subject to suspension and settlement delays inherent to real-time data processing. gh999 accepts no liability for bets placed on markets affected by data-feed interruption during live events, including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 matches and ICC tournament fixtures.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gh999 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
gh999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, to withhold associated balances pending investigation, and to report relevant activity to applicable authorities.

9.2 Self-exclusion requests will be processed within a reasonable time of receipt. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed or shortened for its chosen duration. All content on the gh999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, data feeds and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of gh999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation of Platform content without the prior written consent of gh999 is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gh999, its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or reliance on any information displayed on the Platform.
11.2 gh999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. Access to the Platform may be suspended for maintenance, security upgrades or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters or regulatory actions.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit gh999's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
gh999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gh999 holds its applicable operating licence. This Agreement does not confer any rights under Pakistani law and is not subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts unless required by mandatory applicable law.
